I want to thank you for looking after my mother in your home as this makes a huge difference to me knowing that she is in such a wonderful homely environment. The accomodation itself is always very clean, pleasant and well kept. Mum especially enjoys many hours sitting in the consevatory in the sunshine looking out on the beautiful gardens. The service had in place policies and procedures covering medication. This made sure that people received their medication as prescribed. We saw positive interactions between people and staff and people told us they were happy and felt well cared for.
Risks to people's safety had been assessed by staff and regularly reviewed to ensure they contained up to date information. Care plans included information about how people preferred to be supported. Staffing levels were sufficient to meet people's needs and to enable them to do be supported in a way that they wished.
